The competition is open to all artists.
• Theme:
Bahram Arif Bagirzade ( is a well-known Azerbaijani actor ,
showman, publisher, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan )
• Entries
- Each participant can send 3 Caricatures & C,V.
A3 (29X42 cm) , 300 dpi, JPEG and free techniques.
• Deadline
