The Winners of The International Cartoon Contest "Humour a Gallarate" Italy 2017

Yesterday, Sunday 21st January, the XXIII edition of Humor was inaugurated in Gallarate. The authors were 399 from 61 nations spread over five continents, for a total of 1200 drawings.
